A) Registration

IMPORTANT : All Québec Teams must register online on the FCQ website.

• Download the three following forms and save them on your computer. The form can be completed on screen, saved and printed.
• (1) Registration Form for the team and payment (1 per team)
•  (2) Registration Form for theparticipants on the team (1 per team)
•  (3) Registration Form for athletes and coaches (1 per athlete and coach)
• You must send the original forms and your payment to the FCQ office before April 23rd, 2011. We recommend you keep a copy of all forms and bring them with you the day of competition.

B) Payment

Certified cheque or money order (one per club), need to be issued on behalf of the Fédération de cheerleading du Québec. All payments must be received no later than April 23rd, 2011, otherwise the team will not be registered.
